Vending

Vending Information

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FEB 1ST

Load in is scheduled for June 16th between 9am-1pm. Vending hours are 10am- 4pm all 3 days.

After check-in, you will drive directly to the vendor circle, park and find your marker number. We will email all approved vendors with their marker numbers. Vendors are required to vend throughout the whole festival, until Sunday evening.

In the case of emergency, please contact a member of the committee. If a vendor leaves early without communication, they will not be permitted to vend again.

All booths must be kept within a 10x10 pop-up space. You may keep a small personal tent directly behind your booth. If sharing a booth with another artist, they must notify us directly and also apply. An additional application fee won't be necessary.

This is an outdoor event. You are responsible for bringing your own 10x10, table, chairs, and all other equipment needed for your booth. Please be aware of off-leash dogs and wandering children. Prepare for the wind and rain, and all the elements that rural Washington may offer.

Once accepted, you will have 1 week to pay the application/table fee. If you do not pay within that time, your spot will be given to another artist on the wait list.

We ask that you promote the festival at least 3 times on your social medias. Moving forward, this will be a limited and diverse lineup of 20 vendors to ensure the success of our small creative community. Local artists and BIPOC folks will be prioritized. We are seeking a wide range of handcrafted items with an emphasis on all the beauty and magic Cascadia has to offer. We will not be accepting commercial products; illegal animal remains, or bones that haven't been processed ethically. It is our sincerest hope to see our vendors thrive, and that the lands be honored and respected!

We DO NOT tolerate hate of any kind. Any symbolism or behaviors that exhibit racism, sexism, fascism, white supremacy etc. will result in your removal from the event. If you are physically or verbally aggressive towards your fellow event attendees, you will also be asked to leave and not invited back. Please be kind.

We are not offering refunds for cancellations. In the case of illness or an emergency, we may issue the payment as a credit for the following year. Failure to show up without communication will result in the artist not being permitted to vend again.
